Anzac Lagoon Expansion Phase 1 & 2 - Construction The Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo is seeking to engage a qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the Construction for the Anzac Lagoon Expansion Phase 1 & 2. Design of the lagoon expansion has been completed and environmental approvals obtained. The lagoon expansion will be built in two (2) phases. Phase 1 includes, but not limited to, the construction of four (4) new anaerobic cells, one (1) new facultative cell, one (1) new storage cell, one (1) new septic receiving truck dump ramp, one (1) new outfall structure with overland drainage, new inlet pipe system, monitoring wells, fencing, etc. Phase 2 includes, but not limited to, the refurbishing of the existing storage & facultative cells, monitoring wells, access road, etc. Phase 2 can start only once substantial completion of phase 1 is achieved.
