CONTRACTOR NOTICE OF
INTENT

NOI-2019-121

FOR RURAL WATER & SEWER SERVICING (RWSS) SERVICE CONNECTION IN THE
COMMUNITIES OF, ANZAC, CONKLIN DRAPER, JANVIER, GREGOIRE LAKE ESTATES, SAPRAE
CREEK ESTATES.

The Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo (RMWB) is
upgrading the water, sewer and road infrastructure in the communities of Anzac,
Conklin, Draper, Janvier, Gregoire Lake Estates and Saprae Creek Estates.  The first phase in the Rural Water and Sewer
Servicing (RSWW) Program is currently underway.

Homeowner(s) will be asked to engage their own contractor
from the Alberta Municipal Affairs (AMA) list of qualified contractors for the
installation of the service connection from their home to the municipal infrastructure.

Only contractors from the AMA list of qualified contractors
will be eligible to complete this work.

NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS:

1 All Contractors interested in performing this work, must be registered with Alberta Municipal Affairs.

2 This work is scheduled to commence in summer of 2020.
