The Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo (RMWB) is  requesting proposals from engineering consulting firms for Design and Construction Engineering Services (CES) of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems in its lift stations (LS) and the septage receiving station at the Fort McMurray Wastewater Treatment Plants.
