The Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo is seeking a qualified, knowledgeable and experienced Contractor for the provision of installation, testing and commissioning of a complete and fully functional instrumentation and control system for the Second Water Treatment Train Package in the Conklin Water Treatment Plant (WTP) within Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo with all associated hardware, software and data communication equipment to monitor and control the water treatment processes as specified herein.
