Description:  The WORK under this CONTRACT consists of construction of the following:
Upgrades to the existing Abasand reservoir and pumphouse including building
upgrades, electrical upgrades, HVAC mechanical upgrades, process mechanical
upgrades, site work and yard piping and connections to the existing utilities as
detailed on the design drawings, and as specified in the CONTRACT
DOCUMENTS for the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo, hereinafter called
the OWNER, including all equipment and appurtenances therein, as shown on
the Contract Drawings and/or as specified herein, in accordance with the terms
of this CONTRACT.
