Description:	The Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo (RMWB) is looking for design and construction engineering services for a planned 400 mm waterline extension to be constructed from Parsons Creek to Millennium Dr. The purpose for this watermain is to provide redundancy and backup to the existing water network in Timberlea. Currently, the water network system is solely supplied by the Timberlea Reservoir.
