The Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo's Assessment and Taxation Branch invites experienced proponents to submit a proposal for the supply, installation and implementation of a Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) and Tax system that integrates with RMWB Point of Sale, Permitting and GIS applications. The proposed solution will include property data inventory, valuation calculation and general assessment account management required to comply with Provincial Legislation and Regulations.
 

Municipality’s intention is to implement a fully integrated system (Assessment & Tax) or an Assessment system with the ability to integrate with a separate Tax system. Proponents need to identify whether they possess a CAMA and Tax integrated solution or an Assessment only partial solution. For those who possess an Assessment only product, the municipality requests that they form a multi-party arrangement, partnership or any similar arrangement with a Tax system vendor that has been successfully integrated in the past with the proposed product to be presented to the municipality as a fully integrated solution and vice versa. 

Partial solutions proposed for only Assessment or Tax systems will not be accepted.
