The Municipality is seeking a qualified company to provide remote Local Area Network (LAN) and Unified Communication (UC) support (maintenance and troubleshooting), and design and configuration services. This includes management of access and core switching, data and voice gateways, and unified communication and analog voice devices across approximately 30 sites.
