Description: 

The Work is comprised of, but not limited to, General Contracting to complete
the final demolitions and weed control, and remove and dispose of all
materials, safety hazards, hazardous materials and any other Wildfire-related
debris which may exist on the lots. Each lot will be required to have the
location of the foundation backfilled with soils to fill in the void where the
foundation once existed, while also ensuring positive drainage.
