Description: 

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to secure vendor(s) to prepare, execute and maintain storm and sanitary sewer bypass pumping assignments required to temporary divert storm and sanitary sewer flows, as required, to maintain reliable services during any high river water events. The work will also include measures to limit or eliminate water infill/infiltration as it relates to flood mitigation.
