Awarded Summary
CIMA is the highest scored proponent, but their consulting engineering firm does not have the resources to open all energized equipment in pump stations to gather required data for the arc flash study as required for this project. They advised that if RMWB is not able to provide their electricians to open the energized equipment, they would like not to pursue this opportunity any further.
Enerxion is the 2nd highest scored proponent and they have an experienced electrician to open and close all energized equipment in pump stations to gather required data for the arc flash study as required for this project.
