The Municipality intends to retain a seasoned Contractor to undertake the Construction Services for the Flood Protection Reach 9 Project. The work includes but is not limited to, mobilization and demobilization; environmental procedures; implementation and managing temporary traffic accommodation plan, including pedestrian accommodation; implementation and managing of environmental construction and operations plan, and dust control plan; implementation and managing of vibration control measures; ensuring compliance with Municipality requirements for work around streets; managing and implementation of Public Notification during Pre-Construction and Construction Phases, or as required by the Municipality; and implementation of construction staging plan. |
