The Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo (RMWB) is seeking to engage an experienced and qualified consulting firm to oversee and carry out the construction administration services during the construction phase of the SUNCOR ROW Storm Water Drainage-PH2 in Fort McMurray, AB. Part-time inspection services are required for five (5) hours a day, 6 days a week for the duration of the project. The Proponent will be also required to provide two (2) more weeks of pre-construction services to be part of the construction services, and three (3) more weeks for the post-construction services. The proponent is required to review the IFC drawings, special provisions, and specifications in order to accept responsibility for the inspection as per the design during construction as well as to sign off and stamp the as-build drawings once they are complete. A statement accepting this responsibility is required within the proposal. |
